Refund Policy

We want to ensure that your experience with us is satisfactory. Therefore, we'd like to inform you of our return and refund policies.

Each case is reviewed individually for returns and refunds since all our products are made to order. To initiate a return or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product if there is an issue with your order. After this 48-hour window, all sales are considered final, and no return or refund requests can be opened.

We accept returns/refunds under the following circumstances only:

  1. If the item arrives damaged at your location.

  2. If the item has a pre-existing defect.

  3. If the wrong item was shipped to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return process, please contact us at care@luxorebypalak.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior approval.

Please inspect your order upon delivery, and in case of any defects, damages, or wrong items, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

For exchanges, the quickest way to get the item you desire is to first return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Regarding refunds, we will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time taken for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
