Ever wondered what an artist does in their daily routine? What they think and what they finalize, like which painting to make?
Usually, like many people, an artist also works on their ideas with a pencil on paper. For me, Its like brainstorming many ideas and creating a picture in a box every day to decide I can make as Luxoré’s Originals.
But it's not just about painting pretty pictures. It is about creating something where me and my audience can dive deeply into it. It's about late-night brainstorming sessions, endless experiments, and navigating the ever-changing world of social media.
But it doesn't end here. The fieldwork with mess of a lots of colours, brushes, inks and texture on canvas comes next in the journey of creating a painting.
The Artist's Journey
In movies, we've all seen an exhausted person with so many hours of sleepless nights with tons of work. But let me add something to this scenario. An artist, beyond the canvas, is a master of patience, perseverance, and problem-solving.
When a stroke goes wrong or a painting doesn't turn out as envisioned, it can be disheartening.
However, it's precisely in these moments that my true art style is revealed. Persisting through challenges and bringing a painting to life can be incredibly rewarding, not only for me but also for those who appreciate the final piece. This process helps me identify my strengths and areas for improvement.
With each new canvas, the journey becomes more complex. Even when I believe I’ve mastered a style, the pursuit of perfection drives me to continually refine my techniques and explore new possibilities.
There's a saying that an artist should be able to afford their own art. This is a valuable perspective, as it encourages artists to understand the market and the preferences of their audience. And this make me think how much more I can do in a painting to reach the final destination.
The Artist's Evolution
An artist's journey is filled with challenges, triumphs, and constant growth. As they create more artwork, they refine their skills, experiment with new techniques, and develop a unique artistic voice. I think many of the artist can relate with me. Here only canvas with some paint is not good enough. You need to go through so many experiment to bring the masterpiece you are looking for.
Frankly, I don’t remember how many canvas I have thrown or repainted like Picasso before. But just one painting cannot define the whole journey.
That’s what makes me do more and more work to find what I can achieve in my last masterpiece.
Buying Perspective and The Impact of Art
Art has the power to transform spaces, evoke emotions, and inspire individuals. When a person decides to buy an artwork, they should consider how it will add value to their space and reflect their personal taste.
Similarly, the viewer's experience of a painting is influenced by the artwork's style, subject matter, and the environment in which it is displayed.
For example, a painting placed in an office should represent the individual's occupation and personality. An abstract painting could be a suitable choice for someone in a creative field, while a more traditional landscape might be appropriate for a professional in a conservative industry.
In a living room, a painting can create a sense of warmth, comfort, or sophistication. A vibrant abstract piece could add a pop of color, while a serene landscape might evoke feelings of tranquility.
The life of me as an artist is a complex. It requires dedication, perseverance, and a passion for creativity. By understanding the challenges, I can gain a deeper satisfaction for my work and the impact it has on my and my customer’s lives.
