1. Digital art prints are high-quality prints, often employed for rendering fine artwork on premium canvas or paper, suitable for museum displays.
   
2. Utilize a paintbrush or a lightly dampened cloth to remove dust from the artwork.
   
3. Canvas prints will include an additional 2-inch border, while paper prints will feature a 0.5-inch border.
   
4. Original artwork will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, personally signed by the artist, while printed artwork will come with its respective certificate.
   
5. When ordering rolled canvas artwork, the printed piece will be carefully packed and placed inside a tube, which is not suitable for immediate display.

Shipping and Delivery Information

1. We want to assure our customers that upon receiving an order, it will take 3-4 days to prepare it for shipping, depending on your selected frame option.
   
2. We want to be upfront and friendly with you about delivery times! Depending on your location, the transit time can vary. In some cases, it may take atleast 5-7 days or maximum of 7-10 business days for your product to reach your doorstep after it's dispatched from our Art Studio.
3. To initiate a return, a pickup request will only be assigned once we have approved both the product image and video.
4. Please ensure that you create an unboxing video of the product right in front of the delivery person and promptly share it with us. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of any return request in the event of damage.
